US Service Terms Addendum

Effective date: 15 August 2026

PLEASE READ THIS ADDENDUM WITH OUR Terms of Service. It is a US supplement for US users and does not replace the UK main Terms. If this Addendum conflicts with mandatory law in your state, the mandatory state law controls.

1. Scope

This Addendum applies when you access LoungeMingle from the United States or are a US resident. If it conflicts with the UK main Terms, this Addendum controls only to the extent required by applicable US law.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the UK main Terms, this Addendum, our Privacy Policy, US State Privacy Notice, Safety Tips and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 27 and have legal capacity to contract.

3. Payments, renewals and taxes

Prices, renewal intervals and cancellation routes are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments and may attempt recurring charges using the payment method on file. Applicable sales or other transaction taxes may be added or calculated according to the customer's location and applicable law.

Cancel through Settings, the Stripe billing portal or support. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Conduct and moderation

The UK main Prohibited Activities, Safety Tips and Community Guidelines apply. We may restrict or close accounts for serious breaches, fraud, threats, abuse, illegal conduct or safety risks, subject to applicable notice, appeal and consumer-law requirements.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant only the limited licence needed to operate the service, as described in the UK main Terms. LoungeMingle and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding and original materials.

6. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in this Addendum removes non-waivable rights under the law of the state where you live. Any arbitration, class-action, governing-law or venue provision applies subject to mandatory local law and the consumer protections of the state where you live.

7. Shared policies

The shared Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Retention Policy, Age & Child Safety, Safety Tips, and Community Guidelines apply to US users unless this Addendum or mandatory US law requires a different rule. The complete index is in the Legal Centre.
