27+ service

Lounge & Mingle is designed for adults aged 27 and over. You must provide an accurate date of birth and must not create an account for a person who is under 27. The age-27 eligibility position requires final UK solicitor review before public launch.

If we suspect an underage account

We may restrict the account while we review it and request proportionate evidence of age. We will not retain identity evidence longer than needed for that review unless law or an active safety investigation requires it. Confirmed underage accounts will be closed and their data handled under our Data Retention Policy.

Report a concern

If you believe a child is using the service, do not contact or investigate the person yourself. Use the in-app report control or email safety@loungeandmingle.com. Call emergency services where someone is in immediate danger. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
