US State Privacy Notice

Effective date: 15 August 2026

THIS NOTICE IS A SUPPLEMENT, NOT A REPLACEMENT. It adds US state privacy information to the UK main Privacy Policy. If a state law gives you a stronger right, that law controls. Read the UK main Terms of Service and US Terms Addendum alongside this notice.

1. Who we are and where this applies

Lounge and Mingle Ltd, trading as LoungeMingle, is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15163115, at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. This notice applies to residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws, alongside the UK main Privacy Policy and this US supplement.

2. Categories of personal information

Employment and education	Job, employer, occupation sector and schools attended
Inferences	Compatibility scores, match suggestions and personality results

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We run no advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Sensitive information

Genotype, blood group, ethnicity, skin tone, religion, precise location, message content and relationship preferences may be sensitive under US state law. These fields are optional. We do not sell or share them for targeted advertising, and we do not use them to infer characteristics about you.

Washington residents may contact us about consumer health data, including genotype and blood group. We collect those fields only for the matching service, with the separate consent controls described in the UK main Privacy Policy.

4. Recipients and business purposes

We use Supabase, LinkedIn, Stripe, Google Cloud Vision, Google Places, Mapbox, Firebase, Resend, Upstash and Cloudflare Turnstile for hosting, sign-in, payments, moderation, lookup, maps, notifications, email, rate limiting and abuse prevention. Members and event hosts receive information according to your settings and bookings. Authorities may receive information where legally required.

5. Your US privacy rights

Know or access the personal information we collect and use
Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
Correct inaccurate personal information
Obtain a portable copy where required
Opt out of sale, targeted advertising or profiling where applicable
Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable
Appeal a refused request and receive equal service for exercising rights

6. How to exercise rights

Email privacy@loungeandmingle.com. We may verify your identity through your account email. Authorised agents may submit requests with written authority. We aim to respond within the period required by the applicable state law, and we will explain any extension.

We honour Global Privacy Control where applicable. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is no sale or advertising preference to opt out of in the current build.
