Membership catalogue

The checkout screen must show the exact product, total price, currency, renewal interval and cancellation route before payment. A subscription can be cancelled through Settings and Stripe's billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid period.

Payments

Stripe processes card and payment details on its hosted pages. Lounge & Mingle does not receive your full card number. Stripe may use payment data for its own security, fraud-prevention and legal obligations as described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Events

An event listing must identify the host, place, date, price, included items, accessibility information supplied by the host, and material restrictions. Lounge & Mingle may collect an 8% platform fee on paid member-hosted events. Hosts remain responsible for accurate listings, lawful delivery and timely communication with attendees. The checkout must identify the contractual allocation clearly.

Cancellation and refund rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Our Community Guidelinesapply to in-person events, but member verification and moderation do not guarantee another person's identity, intentions or conduct.

Before payments go live

The displayed catalogue and the server-side Stripe catalogue must match, prices must be controlled by the server, and Checkout, renewals, cancellation, refunds, webhooks and event-host payouts must pass test-mode review. No payment should be taken until that work is approved and complete.
